We make returns easier
We have stopped using paper return receipts. You can process your return quickly and reliably online using our returns portal using your order number and the associated email address. You can choose between a direct free exchange or a credit note based on your payment method.
Did you receive a defective item? This is annoying and should not happen. Please select the reason for return in the portal so that we can check it and can help you.
Our extra services for you
Benefit from our fast & free exchange service: If an item does not fit, the color is not to your liking or there is a defect upon receipt, we will be happy to exchange it automatically and free of charge. Simply select exchange in the returns portal and save yourself the shipping costs and the entire ordering process.
Our return policy
You can return unworn items in their original condition to return it to us free of charge within 30 days of receipt from Germany. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of the return by email. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.

What you cannot return
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition with the hangtags attached and are sent back to us in the original packaging. Of course, it is okay to try on an item just like you would in a store, but please do not wear any items you wish to return. If the original packaging is missing, please contact us in advance.

Returns from abroad
You can also register returns from abroad in our returns portal. Please note that you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad. Please return the items in their original condition to our depot using a shipping service of your choice:
